I recently and successfully acquired a "sole practioner plus" High Street firm in Bath with a strong residential and private client following and 5 members of staff to enable the sole practitioner to retire. Immediately invested in upgrading IT and Case Management and have modernised the firm whilst retaining an emphasis on local friendly and personable legal services.
