Office and Accounts Manuals – The Detail

The Strategic Partner works with firms to create and maintain their office manuals, including firms with or without Lexcel and other quality kitemarks such as CQS, WIQS and SQM.

Whilst firms with Lexcel will have developed a manual or if a firm has a manual, the issue is often keeping this up to date and not allowing it to become out of date which can happen fast.

In addition to helping a firm draft a manual for the first time, we will also work with firms to update an existing manual, providing appropriate guidance on best practice as necessary.

The Strategic Partner will also help prepare firms for their annual assessments by Lexcel, WIQS, CQS, and SQM or where this is not a requirement for the firm, we will work with you to ensure that the office manual is a true representation of the processes adopted by the firm and that it is understood and kept up to date.

Our Service Includes:
